Dinner at Carousel

If you like the idea of never eating the same meal twice, Carousel might just be your new go-to. Since 2014, it’s made a name for itself as the place for rotating chef residencies—each week, a new name from somewhere exciting takes over the kitchen.

For our dinner, we’ll be settling into their ground-floor wine bar: a laid-back space with a steady menu of seasonal small plates (tempura courgette, fried chicken with fermented honey…) and a serious lineup of minimal intervention wines.
