Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role

We’re building AI-native operations for marketing teams - automating the work that slows them down, from campaign briefs and performance reporting to creative review, compliance workflows, and paid media analysis. Our platform is purpose-built for marketing, trained on real marketing workflows and deeply integrated with ad platforms, CRMs, brand assets, and analytics tools.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you are the bridge between a signed contract and a fully realized, AI-driven transformation. You will take ownership of accounts the moment the initial deal is closed. Your mission is two-fold: oversee the complex technical rollout to ensure a successful "Go-Live" and strategically navigate the organization to ensure ongoing success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment Orchestration: Lead the post-sale transition, acting as the primary commercial point of contact during the implementation and integration phases.
• Value Realization: Partner with customers to define and track Success Metrics (KPIs). You aren't just checking boxes; you’re proving the ROI of our AI.
• Technical Advocacy: Work hand-in-hand with our Engineering teams to clear technical hurdles and ensure the AI models are performing as promised.
• Renewals & Upsells: Manage the commercial health of your book of business, ensuring high retention

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years in Post-Sales Growth, implementation or Solutions Engineering roles within the Enterprise SaaS or AI space.
• Technical Depth: You've worked with API integrations, managed data flows between platforms, and dealt with the practical realities of deploying AI - context engineering, messy input data and navigating enterprise security reviews. You can hold your own in a technical scoping call and still translate it all into plain English for a CMO.
• Strategic Mindset: You don't just solve immediate tickets; you look at the client’s 12-month roadmap to see where Passionfruit fits into their long-term vision.

Location: London, Chancery Lane

Hours: 9-6pm
