What You’ll Actually Do

Win New Business (Creatively)

  • Open and close new customers through high-energy, inventive selling
  • Test everything - no rigid playbook.
    • In-person meetings
    • Events & conferences
    • Cold calling, email, LinkedIn DMs
    • Hosting intimate dinners, breakfasts, or meetups
    • Creative content or ideas that generate attention and pull-through

Build a Serious Pipeline

  • Own and manage a high-quality pipeline across startups and enterprise
  • Qualify deeply - understand real marketing pain, not surface-level needs
  • Position Passionfruit as a strategic partner, not a vendor

Become a Relationship Builder

  • Build real, durable relationships with CMOs, VPs, Directors, and operators
  • Become a known presence in the NYC marketing ecosystem
  • Create trust, momentum, and long-term value — not just quick wins

Take Ownership

  • Treat your territory like a business
  • Spot opportunities before they’re obvious
  • Work directly with Guy (Head of North America) and Jamie (Launch Manager) to shape US strategy, positioning, and execution
