Onboarding process

1. You book a call with the Sales team and have a Discovery Call to find out what help you need, what are the deliverables/objectives/KPIs, budget and all other valuable information.
2. We build a Marketing Brief and match you to a vetted specialist within 3 days.
3. We set-up a chemistry call for you to meet the Passionfruit specialist.
4. If the chemistry call was successful, we send a proposal for signature, including the first invoice for payment and confirmation of the start date. 
5. We link specialists and start-ups ahead of this date to organise the kick-off call.

Ongoing support

1. Monthly check-ins via email and/or phone calls to see if we can provide further support. 
2. Toolkits and resources, newsletters, and any future marketing help.

Onboarding process 

1. The freelancer signs up and schedules a call with the Customer Success Team at Passionfruit.
2. Interview - The freelancer gets to know more about Passionfruit. Screening and vetting process to see if the specialist has the required experience and expertise to be a Passionfruit freelancer.
3. Onboarding process - Passionfruit gets references, case studies, a portfolio, optional: request for a commissioned content piece.
4. Once complete - the freelancer is onboard and Passionfruit starts immediately matching them to projects.

Top Notch Matching process

1. The startup shares their needs with Passionfruit, and a Marketing Brief is created. The Marketing Brief outlines the scope of work, timeline, budget, deliverables, and additional information about the startup.
2. The freelancer receives marketing briefs by email on a regular basis, carefully sent by Passionfruit to match the skills and knowledge of the freelancer. 
3. If interested in a project, Passionfruit organises a ‘chemistry call’ between the startup and the freelancer. It’s the perfect time to meet, get to know each other, and ask questions.
4. If both the freelancer and the startup want to work together, Passionfruit sends a group email to kick-off the project! 

The payments

1. You get paid at the end of each month, the exact amount that you receive in your account appears on each brief.
2. You send an invoice every month and payment is processed immediately. 

Ongoing support

1. Monthly check-in with the customer team to insure the project is going well - you get to share your feedback
2. Toolkits and resources, Specialist Update, Specialist Connections, Community. In future we want mentoring schemes, in person meet ups, webinars etc.
